EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & HEAD OF BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES

Michael has over 16 years’ working experience as a financial and project consultant for Startup projects, midsize and multi-national organizations. He has experience in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns; a good understanding of complex transactions; business arrangements; management accounts and group consolidations, Financial Planning and Modeling, Corporate Governance and Business Risk Analysis.

He worked as a Group Financial Controller for Volta River Estates (VREL) and VREL Organic , a multi-million dollar project, growing and exporting organic bananas to Europe. Michael in working for VREL, carried out series of financial reviews after which he developed project financial models to raise funding that was used in financing the first commercial production of Organic MD2 pineapple in Ghana through an out-grower scheme within the Eastern and Central Regions of Ghana. Also, he successfully played a key role in providing financial advisory to the company through a critical restructuring of the company’s operations

Michael successfully developed the financial modeling for Bio Exotica Company , an organic pineapple project at Djekiti in the Eastern Region of Ghana that was used in securing a multi-million dollar long term loan for the setting up, growing and exporting of pineapple from Ghana to Europe.

Michael worked at Nii Quaye-Mensah & Associates (Chartered Accountants) and Pannell Kerr Forsterr (Chartered Accountants) where as part of a team carried out series of audit and assurance engagements and management reviews on banks, insurance companies, mining companies and manufacturing companies.

He has successfully conducted feasibility studies for several companies operating in Ghana and has developed several Business Plans and Proposals for various industries including; Airline, Manufacturing, Construction, Hotel, Education and Transport, etc.

Michael holds a Certificate in Business Analysis, Certificate in Project Management and a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has attended numerous conferences, seminars and training programs on Investment, Wealth Management, Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, Leadership, and Business Continuity amongst others.

SPECIALIST IN TAX ADVISORY SERVICES

Alex has well over 17 years’ of professional working experience in the area of Accounting, Costing, Taxation, Auditing, Project Appraisals and Treasury. Alex is a Professional Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Consultant Ghana and hold Executive MBA in Finance, currently he is a member of the following professional bodies; Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, Chartered Institute of Taxation-Ghana and The Institute of Internal Auditors-Ghana & USA

Mr. Hukporti over the periods have held the following positions; Head of Accounts, Financial Controller, Treasury and Credit Manager, Audit Manager, Part-Time Consultant and Assistant Accountant in the following Organizations; Omatek Ghana , Air Liquide Ghana , Skky Consult , Integrated Investment , John Nipah & Associates Chartered Accountants and Bola-Sadipe, Xapic & Co Chartered Accountants

SPECIALIST IN EXTERNAL & FORENSIC AUDITING

Addoquaye Allotey has over 18 years’ professional working experience in Accounting, Auditing and Project Management. Addoquaye is a Professional Chartered Accountant UK and MBA holder.

Currently he is a member of the following professional bodies; Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A).

SPECIALIST IN SOFTWARE & DATABASE TECHNOLOGY

Musah has over 8 years of working experience as a Software Consultant, Accounts Manager and Database Administrator. His working experience has been with companies such as IPMC Ghana where he provided Software Advisory, Technical Support, Tally Training and Sales of Tally Accounting Software Packages to multi-national companies. He also worked with Grafitec Ghana both as Accounts Manager and Data Administrator and later with Prairie Volta as the Finance Manager. Musah has a degree in B.sc Accounting and Information Systems, Diploma in Project Management, Tally Graduate and an Advanced Certificate for Corporate Executive (A.C.C.E) in Energy Business. Also, he has attended many workshops and seminars over the years.

SPECIALIST IN HR/ADMINISTRATION

Emelia is an experienced Human Resource Management (HRM) and Administration expert. She has over 8 years working experience that covers all facets of HRM.Prior to joining Sarsson, she worked as a private consultant offering HR Advisory services to many companies. She also worked for Lamda Consult as Finance and Administrative Officer.
